Shipping Policy

At Sera Jewels, we are dedicated to delivering your orders efficiently and safely. Please read our shipping policy for details on shipping methods, costs, and timeframes.

For every delivery the logistics partners may compulsorily ask for a valid identity proof while delivering the shipment. When the original recipient is not available, they will be given a one-time passcode to validate, and they can ask someone else to pick it up after providing identification. This will guarantee that the product is delivered correctly and safely. 

If the item is open or otherwise tampered with, do not accept it. Take a photo and send it to us at wecareforyou@serajewels.in and we will then take the necessary steps. We only partner with reputed logistic partners/agencies to ensure that the products reach you promptly/safely and in perfect condition. We also ensure that the delivery is made to the recipient and thus require the identity proof for verification.

 

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping within India and internationally. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, your location, and the shipping method you choose at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 15 days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 7 days (faster, additional fees apply).

The exact shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your selected option.

 

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

If your order contains a custom or personalized item, please allow additional time for production. The estimated production time will be communicated to you when placing the order.

 

4. International Shipping

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Sera Jewels is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

 

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays or customs processing (for international orders). We are not liable for delays caused by such external factors.

 

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment. If you encounter any issues with tracking your order, please contact us at wecareforyou@serajewels.in.

 

7. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at wecareforyou@serajewels.in. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist you in resolving the problem.

 

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. Sera Jewels is not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
