Refund and Return Policy

At Sera Jewels, we are committed to ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return and refund process outlined below.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 2 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item is in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  • The item is not a customized or personalized product, as these are non-returnable.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at wecareforyou@serajewels.in with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

 

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at wecareforyou@serajewels.in, and we will assist you with the exchange process.

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If after 7 days you still haven’t received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be some processing delays.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at serajewels@gmail.com.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at wecareforyou@serajewels.in with a description of the issue and photos if applicable. We will work with you to resolve the problem, either through a refund or exchange.
